The more I virtue-signal on social media, the better I feel about myself.

The more I judge and condemn others, the more righteous I become.

The more bleach I drink, the more likely the coronavirus will die, along with all of my brain cells.

The more I teach others, the more I will learn from them.

The more open I am to learning, the more I can be taught.

The more I point my finger at others, the more likely others are to point their fingers at me.

The more followers I have, the more valuable I am.

The more often I fail, the more opportunities I have to grow.

The more plants I buy and subsequently die, the more I realize that I am not prepared to be a parent.

The more you tell me to not press the big red button, the more likely I am to press that God-damn big red button.

The more you turn away from the ugly reality of the world, the more powerful it becomes.

The more I connect with people, the more connected to the world I become.

The more muscle I build, the more calories my body will burn at rest.

The more preteen girls that say they want to be like any one of the Kardashians when they grow up, the more my risk of cancer and heart disease increases.

The more divided we are as a society, the easier it is for us to be controlled by those who are doing the dividing (see: divide and conquer.)

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

The more parents try to control their children’s lives, the more likely their children are to rebel and feel resentment towards them.

The more I identify with my mind, the more disconnected I become from my heart.

The more free e-books I receive in my email from people who I never gave my email to, the more likely I am to punch my laptop, and then go on my phone, open my email, and download the e-book I received on how to fix a laptop after you’ve punched it.

The more violent and abusive porn young boys watch, the more likely they are to project these behaviors onto their relationships with women when they become adults.

The more normalized violence in porn becomes, the more normalized violence towards women will become in nonpornographic situations.

The worse my posture gets, the more likely I am to experience back, shoulder, and neck pain.

The more superhero movies I watch, the more I seriously consider buying spandex and taking an impossible amount of steroids and exposing myself to large amounts of gamma radiation.

The more men ignore their feminine side, the more imbalanced they will become.

The more women ignore their masculine side, the more imbalanced they will become.

The more I age, the more I realize that very few people know what the actual fuck is going on in the universe.

The more traffic I get stuck in, the more I think about living in the wilderness by myself with a pet lynx and a Moose that I ride around on.

The more I let go, the more freely I will be able to navigate my life.

The more I hold on to, the more I will have to carry around in my life.

The more you judge others, the more you reveal about who you are.

The more Jersey Shore re-runs I watch, the more things in my life seem to have a faint artificial orange tint to them.

The more you understand that you are a fragment of universal consciousness, the more peace you will feel.

The more you realize death is not what you think it is, the more likely you are to take the risks necessary to live a profoundly meaningful life.

The more you realize that all fear is the fear of death, the more courageous you will become.
